How to Return from Other EU Countries (BG, HR, CY, FR, GR, HU, IE, IT, LU, MT, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES)Updated 4 months ago

Returns from other EU countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain. 

You can return products at your own expense via a local post or courier of your choice. As you are responsible for tracking the return parcel, we recommend using a delivery method with tracking, as we cannot guarantee the arrival of the shipment.  

Important:   Do not request a signature, as this is not possible at the warehouse due to it being an unmanned drop-off point. Do Not use UPS courier service they cannot deliver direct to our warehouse.   Requesting a signature or using UPS might result in the parcel being sent back to the sender.
