Returns from Sweden or Denmark 

You can return the products free of charge by placing the Customer Return post label that came with the shoes on the package. Ensure that the label covers the old postage label. 

Return via a Bring Service Point: 

Sweden: Select a service point at https://www.bring.se/karta

Denmark: Select a service point at https://www.bring.dk/kort

Always return to a service point, parcels cannot be returned via the Bring app. If you choose to use another method, we cannot refund you for the shipping costs. If you choose to use another method, we cannot refund you for the shipping costs.  

Please note that customer returns typically take 14 to 25 working days.
