30-Day Returns Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return any unused products. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition. Please ensure that no tags are removed.
Free Returns
We only offer free returns from the from the same country where the order was delivered. If an order is shipped to e.g. Sweden, the return must be made from Sweden to qualify for free returns.
Orders shipped to other countries, such as Norway, must be returned from the country of delivery.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for different sizes of the same product. Please note that exchanges are only permitted for size adjustments and cannot be made for different products. If you require a different product, please initiate a return following the instructions outlined in our Return Policy below, and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Process
Packaging: Please return unused products in their original packaging, ensuring that the old postage label is hidden. Please ensure that no tags are removed from the product/s.
Return Form: Include the filled-in return form with your returned products. If you need a new return form, contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number.

Refund Process
You will receive a refund once we receive and process your return, provided that the conditions outlined in our Return Policy are met. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed by your banking provider.
The refund will be issued in euros. Please note that fluctuations in exchange rates may affect the final refund amount in your local currency.
